• CFP®, CFA, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required
• 3+ years of experience in financial advising or wealth management
• Proven track record with $250K–$750K in annual production
• A transferable book of business with at least $25M in AUM (preferably fee‑based)
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Webster, TX
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills
