Team Lead​/Licensed Hair Stylist – League , TX

Are you a licensed stylist who loves doing hair but knows you are capable of more?

FS Cut & Color is looking for a Team Lead who wants to grow beyond the chair while continuing to build their own clientele.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys serving guests, helping other stylists succeed, solving problems, and contributing to a strong, professional salon culture.

For the right person, this role may offer a future path toward expanded leadership, profit‑sharing, or possible ownership opportunities.

• Provide haircuts, color, styling, and exceptional guest service
• Lead by example in professionalism, communication, and service quality
• Support and coach stylists with consultations, guest experience, productivity, retail, and salon standards
• Help onboard and develop new team members
• Assist with salon flow and day‑to‑day operational needs
• Help resolve guest concerns professionally
• Support salon goals including retention, rebooking, retail, reviews, and productivity
• Communicate clearly with management and ownership about team needs, challenges, and opportunities
• Take initiative, solve problems, and follow through on responsibilities

• Current Texas cosmetology license
• Strong experience behind the chair
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
• Strong haircutting, color, styling, and consultation skills
• Dependable, professional, and team‑focused
• Comfortable coaching others and receiving coaching
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Initiative and willingness to take ownership
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
