Hair Salon Manager​/Licensed Cosmetologist – League , TX | Sams Cut & Color

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color in League City is looking for an experienced Salon Manager who is ready to lead a team, grow a business, and develop people.

This is more than a senior stylist position. We are looking for a leader who can take ownership of the day-to-day salon operation, create consistency for the team, and help each stylist build a stronger, more sustainable business.

• Coach and develop stylists to improve performance and grow their clientele
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new talent as the salon grows
• Create a positive, accountable team culture
• Monitor salon performance and use KPIs to identify opportunities for growth
• Support scheduling, and operational processes
• Maintain high standards for guest service, consultations, technical quality, and professionalism
• Set clear expectations and follow through when standards are not met
• Communicate consistently with the team and ownership so decisions, responsibilities, and next steps are clear
• Help drive retail, retention, rebooking, reviews, productivity, and overall salon growth
• Lead by example behind the chair and throughout the salon

• Holds a current Texas cosmetology license
• Has salon leadership or management experience
• Is comfortable coaching both people and performance
• Understands that growing a salon means both developing the existing team and continually recruiting new talent
• Can have direct, respectful conversations and hold people accountable
• Is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics
• Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to happen
• Communicates well and closes the loop on responsibilities
• Wants to build a strong team—not simply manage a schedule
