Role Description

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in League City, TX. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in children, supporting their development of speech, language, and social communication skills. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), delivering therapy sessions, collaborating with teachers and families, and monitoring student progress to ensure success.

The SLP will play a crucial role in improving students' communication skills for academic and social success.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development, including articulation, fluency, and language disorders
  • Experience in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and planning individualized therapy
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and educators
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Licensure or certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in Texas
  • Experience working with school‑age students is preferred but not required
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for students
