Overview
Concord Hospitality is seeking a proactive and results-driven Catering & Sales Manager to lead social catering events, including weddings. This role combines sales, event management, and guest service, with a focus on maximizing revenue and delivering exceptional experiences. A flexible schedule, including weekends (Tuesday–Saturday), is required.

- Sell and manage social catering events, including guest rooms, banquet food & beverage, and upselling contracted groups
- Negotiate contracts, suggest menus, and coordinate room setups according to policy and client needs
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure flawless event execution and guest satisfaction
- Generate new business through solicitation, networking, and follow-up with past clients
- Finalize and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and maintain accurate event records
- Lead pre-event, on-site, and post-event communications to ensure service excellence
- Monitor budgets, sales quotas, and revenue opportunities; implement strategies to increase catering revenue during low-demand periods
- Conduct site tours for prospective clients and facilitate client meetings as needed
- Train, delegate, and guide staff to ensure smooth operation of events and service standards
- Minimum 1 year experience in catering sales, event planning, banquet management or hotel sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay range $52,655 - 55,000 annually - hourly, non-exempt role.
