• $250K base salary

• $50K start date bonus for FT

Position Profile:

• 9 ORs

• Average annual case volume 14,000

• Case mix is general surgery, ortho, GYN, pain, ophthalmology, GI/endo, cath lab

• No OB, no trauma

• No Call

• Care Team Model: 17 FT physicians and 6 CRNAs
