The Outpatient Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in delivering coordinated, high-quality patient care across the continuum of care within Diagnostic Imaging at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center - League City. This department supports complex outpatient care environments where interdisciplinary collaboration, evidence-based practice, and patient advocacy are essential to achieving optimal clinical and operational outcomes. The Outpatient Clinical Nurse is accountable for implementing care plans, prioritizing patient needs, and supporting the patient care team to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Outpatient Clinical Nurse role will have formal education in nursing, relevant clinical nursing experience-preferably in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting-and the appropriate nursing licensure and certifications required to practice professional nursing in Texas, along with a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous professional development.
