RN Supervisor

Touchstone Communities is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. You'll oversee weekend nursing staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a compassionate, faith-based, person-centered environment. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, care planning, staffing coordination, and serving as the on-site clinical resource for residents, families, and staff. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to weekend nursing staff in a skilled nursing/rehab community
• Coordinate and oversee resident care plans, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and respond to changes in resident conditions
• Serve as weekend on-site clinical resource and escalation point for staff and families
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies and documentation standards
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members on care and discharge planning
• Support staffing, assignments, and workflow to maintain safe nurse-to-resident ratios
• Coach, mentor, and support CNAs and LVNs to build skills and reinforce best practices
• Participate in quality improvement, infection control, and safety initiatives
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and leadership regarding care, concerns, and outcomes
