Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff delivering long-term and senior care services
• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Oversee medication administration and clinical procedures
• Train, mentor, and schedule LVNs and CNAs
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor quality, safety, and infection control standards
• Document care accurately in EHR and clinical records
