Outside Sales Representative – Houston, TX

Empire Today is looking for energetic sales professionals to meet face‑to‑face with customers at their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads are generally within a one‑hour radius.

• Meet clients at their homes and provide in‑home flooring estimates.
• Generate additional business through referrals and prospecting customers.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.

• 100% commission with commission bonus opportunity.
• Typical first‑year earnings $50,000–$70,000; top earners over $100,000.
• Uncapped commissions paid weekly.

• Valid driver license and vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
• Minimum of 2 self‑generated installed sales per month, which pay higher commissions.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
• Use of electronic tablets and measuring devices for sales presentations.
• Professional presentation, including Empire branded apparel.
