This role is for someone ready to get out from behind the desk and into the field—meeting face‑to‑face with business owners, presenting to employee groups, and building long‑term relationships based on trust and service.
Expect to:Meet with small business owners and decision‑makers
Present benefit packages to groups of employees
Guide individuals in selecting insurance plans that meet their needs
Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage
Build a strong personal book of business
Use our CRM tools to track activity and performance
Work alongside a high‑performing team that trains together and wins together

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred but not required)
