The Sales Professional is a full-time, on-site role based at Clear Lake Nissan in League City, TX. This role is responsible for engaging with customers in the showroom and online, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle selection and purchasing process. Daily activities include greeting guests, conducting needs assessments, presenting vehicle features and benefits, arranging test drives, and following up with leads and prospects.

The Sales Professional will prepare price quotes, explain financing and leasing options, collaborate with the finance and service departments, and ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant. This position also involves maintaining product knowledge, staying current on inventory and promotions, and contributing to a positive, professional dealership environment.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Effective communication and listening skills, including clear verbal presentation and professional written communication.
• Sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a focus on consultative selling and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Basic digital literacy, including comfort using CRM systems, email, and online tools for lead follow-up and inventory research.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling documentation, test drive scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed in a retail automotive environment.
• Prior automotive or retail sales experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales training is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
