Holiday World RV is a long-established RV dealership group that began in 1996 with two small Houston locations and has grown into a multi-store operation across Texas and New Mexico. The company’s headquarters and largest dealership are in Katy, Texas, on a 57-acre, state-of-the-art site opened in 2000. Holiday World RV currently operates six dealerships in Alvarado, Mesquite, Willis, League City, Katy, and Las Cruces, serving the greater Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, and New Mexico markets.

Each location provides RV sales, parts, and service, with additional expansion planned in Amarillo and Weatherford in 2026. Team members join a growing organization focused on quality customer experiences and long-term community presence.

This full-time, on-site RV Sales role is located in the Greater Houston area and focuses on guiding customers through the RV purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include greeting and qualifying guests, understanding their travel and lifestyle needs, and presenting suitable RV options with clear product explanations. The role involves conducting walk-throughs and demonstrations, discussing pricing and financing options in coordination with the finance team, and following up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.

The RV Sales team member is also expected to maintain an organized and appealing sales lot, stay current on inventory and product features, and collaborate with parts and service staff to support a smooth ownership experience. Participation in sales meetings, ongoing training, and promotional events is part of the role.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal explanations, and professional written communication.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, handling questions, and resolving concerns in a respectful and timely manner.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Candidates should possess experience or aptitude in Training and Sales Management skills, such as mentoring peers, contributing to team performance, and supporting sales processes.
• Experience in automotive, RV, or retail sales is preferred, along with familiarity with financing options and basic sales documentation.
• Ability to work on-site, including weekends and peak seasonal hours, and to move safely around the lot and RV units.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.
• Comfort using basic computer tools and CRM systems to manage leads, appointments, and sales records.
