• Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and help address facility-related concerns.
• Support maintenance projects and coordinate with contractors when needed.
• Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and work orders.
• Help ensure compliance with safety and fire prevention standards.
• Contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

• Technical training, trade school coursework, or related experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

• Trade school certificate or coursework in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or a related field.
• Maintenance, facilities, construction, or building operations experience.
• Relevant licenses or certifications are a plus, but not required.
