GBCDHH Counselor
The GBCDHH counselor provides individual and group counseling, designs and delivers a school counseling programs that focus on improving student outcomes, conducts ARD and Transition meetings and organizes events for families promoting student wellness and success of all stakeholders while contributing the CCISD and GBCDHH mission and strategic plan. Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.
The GBCDHH counselor provides guidance curriculum, individual planning, responsive services, system support, and additional responsibilities and duties.
The GBCDHH counselor works in a varied working environment; frequent standing, stooping, bending, pulling, and pushing, repetitive hand motions, walking, visual acuity; occasional prolonged and irregular hours; use of personal vehicle to travel between campuses or districts.
