Education/Certification/Experience
  • Graduation from an accredited high school or GED.
  • Experience in administrative support with payroll, accounting, or bookkeeping preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices. Tyler Munis experience greatly preferred.
  • Typing; word processing (Microsoft Word/Excel); bookkeeping and file maintenance; oral and written communication; and customer service.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality; use calculator (10-key by touch); use personal computer and software to develop or maintain spreadsheets and perform word processing; and work with numbers accurately and quickly to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Operate a computer and other office productivity machinery (calculator, copy machine, printer).
  • Frequently communicate with other employees or the public; exchange accurate information.
  • Organize and prioritize own work schedule on a short-term basis; make decisions with moderate impact on the immediate work unit.
  • Compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and basic reports and/or convey technical information orally.
  • Communicate with individuals using a telephone, computer, or other electronic device.
Work Environment &

Physical Requirements
  • Use standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals.
  • Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting.
  • Repetitive hand motions including frequent keyboarding and mouse use; occasional reaching.
  • Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds).
  • Work with frequent interruptions; maintain composure and professionalism at all times.
