COACH Central Texas is building a platform to help business owners reclaim time, profit, and clarity through systems that work. One of the most powerful ways we do that is through trusted relationships with professionals business owners already rely on. We’re hiring a Strategic Partnership Manager to build, nurture, and scale those relationships — and turn them into a consistent, high-quality lead channel.
This is a role for someone who genuinely cares about people, builds trust naturally, and understands that relationships should create outcomes.

Your mission is to build a living ecosystem of strategic partners who:

That Happens Through
- Thoughtful, long-term relationship building
- Well-run joint workshops that create real value
- Mutual wins, not transactional referrals
This is not networking for optics. It’s partnership with intention.
What You’ll Do- Build meaningful relationships with CPAs, attorneys, fractional executives, consultants, chambers, and associations
- Curate a partner ecosystem where trust and value flow both ways
- Design and host joint partner workshops that educate and serve business owners
- Be present in those rooms and represent Action
COACH with warmth, confidence, and credibility - Work closely with Sales and Coaches to ensure partners and their clients have a great experience
- Help partners succeed, not just send referrals

- $60,000 base salary
- Quarterly bonus tied to real revenue generated through your partnerships
- Clear path to Head of Partnerships as the platform scales
