** We are looking for a Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) who will be the driving force behind our fitness programs and assigning clients to our Personal Trainers at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

* What You’ll Do:

** As our Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC), you will be the driving force behind our fitness programs, combining your passion for fitness with your exceptional sales skills. You will assign a team of dedicated personal trainers to their clientele, setting and surpassing sales targets while fostering a positive and motivating environment focused on delivering on our Mission to Transform People.

*** Effectively filling the top of the funnel by converting leads into new clients, then seamlessly handing off to PTs for an exceptional client experience.
* Consistently maintains a high level of productive activity, staying engaged with members throughout each shift.
* Proactively connects members to personal training and/or dotFIT supplements based on their goals and needs.
