Job Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily field activities and managing project schedules to ensure chemical piping installation, construction, and support works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the project plan. This position serves as a key interface between project management, field supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives, with a strong focus on daily work planning, progress tracking, and schedule control.

This role requires a strong on-site presence to monitor field progress, resolve trade conflicts, coordinate resources, and support smooth execution of multi-discipline activities in an active semiconductor chemical piping construction environment.

  • Coordinate daily field activities for chemical piping installation, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage master schedules, look‑ahead schedules, and daily work plans for all piping scopes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between project management, field supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives, facilitating smooth communication and schedule adherence.

  • Plan and allocate manpower and resources based on field conditions, material availability, and project priorities.
  • Ensure multi-discipline coordination on‑site, preparing work fronts and sequencing activities to avoid trade interference and area congestion.
  • Lead daily field briefings and coordination meetings, providing guidance and updates to supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Track and report progress, preparing concise daily and weekly reports, highlighting key milestones, critical path activities, and potential schedule risks.
  • Support change management by integrating scope modifications into schedules and daily plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, progress updates, field coordination logs, and other project documentation.
