Job Description
Performing earthwork takeoffs with Agtek software, Interpret Geotech Reports & Plans, Soliciting Vendor & Subcontractor quotes. Using the information to create bid proposals. Communicating with internal team and clients on a daily basis.

- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
- Complete earthwork takeoffs, including cut/fill quantities, grading, excavation, and hauling.
- Estimate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor costs.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate project handoffs with field operations.
- 3-5 years of experience estimating earthwork, excavation, or site development projects.
- Ability to read civil plans and understand grading and drainage.
- Knowledge of equipment production rates and construction methods.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.
- Experience with digital takeoff software and Excel preferred.
