Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, tech‑savvy Service Technician Dispatcher to schedule and route 15–30 technicians daily, manage customer and job data in Service Titan, and serve as the primary communication link between clients, technicians, and internal teams. This fast‑paced role requires strong multitasking and accuracy. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, personable, and experienced with field‑service platforms.

Responsibilities- Schedule, route, and dispatch service technicians
- Input new customers, service orders, and technician hours into Service Titan.
- Create and compile the schedule for 15 to 30 service technicians daily across multiple locations.
- Act as liaison between clients and company, ensuring contracted services are scheduled and completed.
- Answer client and customer questions and notify clients of scheduled services.
- Address and resolve any issues and complaints.
- Report problems and unresolved issues to manager or account manager.
- Devises ways to improve customer service and client relationships.
- Notify clients of service times, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Create tickets, update job details, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Must be able to speak with customers by phone to determine the problem and the solution.
- Experience in a customer‑focused, detail‑oriented role.
- Able to juggle heavy phone volume, emails, and direct employees throughout the day.
- Capable of switching between multiple tasks quickly with a positive attitude.
- Articulate, able to remain calm, and provide clear direction to the team.
- Patient and calm when dealing with frustrated customers or clients.
- Previous office or service‑related experience (construction preferred).
- Computer skills to operate a variety of software.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Practical problem solving and effective interface with direct and senior project personnel.
- Experience working closely with Service Manager, Regional Service Support Manager, Account Managers, and project team.
- High School Diploma or GED.
3+ years of experience in an office environment, with construction company experience preferred.
Experience in dispatching and job costing in the construction or service industry is helpful.
