Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Electrical Service Technician Dispatcher to schedule and route service technicians daily, manage customer and job data in Service Titan, and serve as the primary communication link between clients, technicians, and internal teams. This fast‑paced role requires strong multitasking and accuracy. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, personable, and experienced with field‑service platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule, route, and dispatch service technicians.
  • Input new customers, service orders, and technician hours into Service Titan.
  • Create and compile the schedule for 15 to 30 service technicians daily at several different locations.
  • Act as liaison between clients and the company, ensuring contracted services are scheduled and completed.
  • Answer client and customer questions and notify clients of scheduled services.
  • Address and resolve any issues and complaints.
  • Report problems and unresolved issues to manager or account manager.
  • Devise ways to improve customer service and client relationships.
  • Notify clients of service times, answer questions, and resolve issues.
  • Create tickets, update job details, and ensure accurate documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be able to speak with customers by phone to determine the problem and the solution.
  • Very detail oriented and customer focused.
  • Must be ready to juggle a heavy phone volume, emails, and directing employees throughout the day in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Capable of wearing many different hats during the day and switching from one to the other quickly and with a positive attitude.
  • Articulate, able to keep cool and give clear direction to the team.
  • Remain patient and calm when dealing with frustrated customers or clients.
  • Previous office experience and/or service related position important.
  • Computer skills to operate a variety of software necessary.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think practically to solve office and job‑site problems and interface effectively with direct project personnel and senior project personnel.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager, Regional Service Support Manager, and Account Managers and project team to achieve success.
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in an office environment, with construction company experience preferred.
  • Experience in dispatching and job costing in the construction or service industry helpful.
