Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Leander, TX. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting customer retention strategies. Daily tasks include analyzing customer needs, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly, and collaborating across teams to improve the customer experience. The role also involves identifying client needs, providing solutions, and fostering trust to strengthen long‑term partnerships.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to effectively handle client inquiries and ensure their needs are met.
- Proven ability in Customer Retention and Relationship Building for fostering long‑term partnerships and loyalty.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess client needs and develop strategies to optimize their experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with the electrical assembly or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
