Join our team as a Customer Success Specialist, where you'll enjoy a fantastic schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on our customers' experience!

YOUR ROLE:

As a Customer Success Specialist at Roger's Plumbing, your day begins with the energetic ring of inbound calls from clients, each a chance to make a difference. With your exceptional phone skills, you build rapport as you listen to their plumbing concerns, schedule their appointments, and dispatch technicians with precision. In a collaborative team environment, you follow established processes to ensure that every request is documented and fulfilled accurately, transforming potential challenges into seamless solutions.

Each interaction reinforces the trusted reputation of Roger's Plumbing, making your role vital to customer satisfaction and success.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information
  • 1+ year of customer service experience

Although not required, 1+ years of call center experience is preferred!
