Job Overview
Join the dynamic team at Roger's Plumbing in Leander, TX as a full-time Customer Success Specialist. Pay starts at $18 per hour. Engage with customers, resolve concerns, and contribute to satisfaction and loyalty.
Schedule8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls from clients.
- Build rapport, gather information, and schedule appointments.
- Dispatch technicians and document all requests.
- Follow established processes to ensure accurate fulfillment.
- Ensure every interaction reinforces the company’s reputation.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- 1+ year of call center experience preferred.
- Pass a background check.
