We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, assist with answering calls, scheduling and communication, and help ensure smooth daily office operations.

As part of our expanding company, this position supports a structured operational environment focused on teamwork, customer experience, and consistent service coverage. Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers professionally and efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and support dispatch coordination
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Maintain accurate records, data entry, and customer communication logs
  • Support technicians with scheduling updates and customer follow-up
  • Assist with office organization, filing, and administrative tasks
  • Use Microsoft Office, Teams and office CRM daily
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with front desk operations or administrative support preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams/CRM (service titan)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
