ABOUT

THE ROLE

Aurora Medical Spa is seeking a talented, client-focused Spa Coordinator to serve as the operational and experiential anchor of our Leander location. This role is central to everything we do, from the first impression a client receives walking through our doors to the seamless clinical flow that allows our providers to deliver exceptional care.

ABOUT AURORA MEDICAL SPA — LEANDER

Leander is one of the fastest-growing communities in the Austin metro area, known for its family-friendly atmosphere, strong sense of community, and small-town warmth even as it continues to grow. Just northwest of Austin and neighboring Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Round Rock, Leander offers our clients and team members the best of both worlds: an easy, low-key pace of life paired with convenient access to everything the greater Austin area has to offer.

For years, Aurora Medical Spa has been a trusted destination for aesthetic treatments and personalized care throughout the region. Our Leander team takes pride in creating an experience that is professional, supportive, and genuinely client-centered. We're a certified Great Place to Work®, and our culture reflects the standards we strive to uphold every day.

When you join Aurora Leander, you're not simply stepping into a front desk role. You're joining a team that values relationships, professionalism, and delivering a level of service that keeps clients coming back year after year.

The Spa Coordinator is often the first and last interaction a client has during their visit. If you're someone who enjoys creating positive experiences and helping a busy clinic operate smoothly, this could be an excellent fit.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This is a full-time, in-person position supporting the daily operations and client experience at our Leander clinic. You will play a key role in connecting clients, providers, and clinic operations while ensuring every client feels welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.

Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will help manage schedules, coordinate treatment flow, support membership and retail conversations, and contribute to a positive team culture.
