Located in Old Town Leander just minutes north of Austin, CMP Management is the leading provider of association management services for chapters of professional societies. We provide services to support the daily operations of multiple professional societies and trade associations. - Handle high volumes of inbound calls and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Accurately enter member dues, event registration payments, refunds, and related transactional data
- Create and maintain membership accounts in our software database
- Provide clear, accurate answers to member questions related to memberships and events
- Resolve membership concerns by clarifying the member's need, identifying the best solution, and following up to confirm resolution
- Navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously, including guiding members through platforms as needed
- Support account, membership, and event teams with supply orders, fulfillment, shipping, and deliveries
- Stay current on upcoming client events and membership activities so every member interaction reflects accurate, up-to-date information
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and share them with the team
- Complete administrative duties, reports, and special projects tied to member and event support
You are patient, empathetic, and communicative. You put yourself in the member's shoes and advocate for them when it counts. You are a natural problem-solver who stays steady under pressure, picks up complex information quickly, and takes ownership of every interaction from first contact to final resolution. You bring a positive, proactive attitude every day and welcome feedback as a tool for getting better.

- At least 2 years of customer service or client support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort navigating multiple Windows applications and CRM or AMS software systems simultaneously
- Flexibility to work a specified shift and extended hours as needed
- A growth mindset with the ability to receive and immediately apply constructive feedback

Bachelor's or Associate's degree plus equivalent years of related industry experience
