Overview

Pay range $XX-XX per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10k sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5k for part‑time. Benefits: 401K, PTO, Continuing Education credits, flexible schedules. Attractive sign‑on bonus and comprehensive benefits package available.

We are actively seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team, supporting our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community.

• Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Provide direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, application of sealants and fluoride under a dentist's supervision.
• Offer excellent customer service and identify opportunities for same‑day care.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene.
• Assess patients' dental condition, review medical history, and adhere to all regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process.
• Assist with charting and take x‑rays when necessary.
• Show compassion to create memorable patient experiences.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
