To receive the sign-on incentive, 30 days of work must be completed. The incentive payout will occur with the regular paycheck in the month immediately following the month in which the 30-day milestone is achieved (i.e. if the 30th day of work falls in the month of October, the incentive would be paid in the November paycheck.
