As an Assistant Toddler Teacher at Celebree School™ you will have the opportunity to help shape some of the most important early moments in a child’s life. Responsibilities- Work alongside the Lead Teacher to support daily classroom routines and activities
- Create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for children and families
- Engage with toddlers through play, conversation, and hands on learning experiences
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
- Support the implementation of fun and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Build trusting relationships with children while encouraging independence and confidence
- Follow all licensing regulations and Celebree policies and procedures
- Complete daily reports, attendance, and classroom documentation with accuracy
- Meets assistant teacher requirements according to state licensing guidelines
- Passion for working with toddlers and supporting early childhood development
- Strong communication skills and a positive team focused attitude
- Patient, flexible, and dependable
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be an active part of a supportive team
