Member Services Representative Weekend Overnight

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Check members into the system.
• Take prospective members on tours and assist them with the new account sign‑up process.
• Facilitate needed updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate issues to an Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
• Close shift for the business day.
• Create a bank deposit for the next day.
• Interact with members and co‑workers in a positive and professional manner, exceeding member expectations.
• Maintain a positive mental attitude and contribute to a team‑focused environment.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions and use appropriate language and behavior.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Mandatory continual standing and walking during shift.
• Mandatory continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).
• Will occasionally encounter commercial cleaning products during shift.
