• Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality client experience consistent with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results.
• Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability.

• At least one of the following: a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; financial services and/or sales experience; financial services registration, licensing or certification; professional or military career progression.
• Strong interest in financial services and markets.
• Love of learning and determination to succeed.
• Skilled in long‑term relationship building and critical thinking.
• Passion for new opportunities.

• SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 will be required; if not registered, registrations may be obtained during the assigned paid study period.
• FINRA registrations required within three months.
• State insurance licenses will be required.
• Ongoing training and compliance CE training will be required to maintain licenses.

The compensation program includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions and compensation for new assets gathered during the first five years.
