Guaranteed Pay for First Month
- Required 20 bookable hours per week, 2 weekend days per month - $1000 per pay period
- Required 30 bookable hours per week, 2 weekend days per month - $1500 per pay period
Compensation based on metrics/experience/schedule
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) ResponsibilitiesActive TX Massage Therapy License is needed for this role.
- Proficiency in Swedish Massage
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue), but not required.
- Treat clients in a professional caring manner
- Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
- Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness program
- Maintain detailed treatment records electronically
- Adherence to state licensing laws and regulations
- Carry liability insurance.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff
- Organized training process, we can get you trained and working quick
