Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are committed to helping individuals reach their full potential and improve their quality of life. What

we are looking for:
  • Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a professional setting (ABA experience is a plus)
  • A love for working with children and a desire to make a difference in their lives

Responsibilities:
  • Providing one-on-one or group therapy sessions
  • Implementing behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA Supervisor
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress through data collection and daily graphing
  • Conducting sessions accurately and on time
  • Keeping work area organized and tidy
  • Being punctual for all sessions and meeting paperwork deadlines

Full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
  • Upper-division students or graduates with degrees in Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field and prior ABA experience are preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in an ABA-based program or special education setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis is a plus
  • Responsible and punctual
  • Highly motivated and passionate about working with children
  • Open to receiving feedback and working collaboratively with a team
Requirements:
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
