This position is best for someone who loves autonomy! This role involves providing therapy services in the homes of patients, requiring travel within a designated geographic area. The At‑Home teammate will work closely with patients and their families to create a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and skill development. At Home teammates typically work with one to two patients every day, Monday through Friday, with treatment blocks from 8am to 12pm, 1pm to 5pm, and 8am to 5pm with one hour for transition between patients.

• Travel to client’s homes – up to 45 minutes each way.
• Work autonomously, managing caseload and trusting your skills to enhance children’s abilities.
• Apply the principles of one‑on‑one ABA therapy to help children with autism reach their full potential.
• Shape early‑childhood skills for children ages 18 months to 12 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a team of like‑minded individuals dedicated to ABC’s core values.
• Use personal vehicle for patient appointments; arrive promptly and dedicated to therapy sessions.

Pay ranges depend on experience and the highest level of completed education.

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $16–$24 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $20–$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $22–$27 per hour
• First raise after earning your RBT certification.

• Additional $2.00 per hour premium pay for sessions in home.

• Childcare Provider, Nanny, Babysitter, Preschool/Infant Teacher, Montessori Guide, Tutor, Substitute Teacher.
• Mental Health/Autism Advocate, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Behavioral Health Technician.
• Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer, Sunday School Teacher.
• Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, Psychology degree (any field preferred).
• Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Life Skills Assistant.
• Passion for working with children with autism and families.
• Eagerness to be part of a caring and team‑oriented culture.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Many Behavior Therapists advance into roles such as Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
