We are seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver high‑quality care in the greater Leander market.

• Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of mental health disorders through evidence‑based psychotherapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including goal setting and insight building.
• Conduct age‑appropriate assessments for children and adolescents and create developmentally tailored interventions.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records using the EMR system for all patient encounters.
• Collaborate with the integrated care team to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Track outcomes through measurement‑based care to inform and refine treatment plans.

• Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• Minimum one year of professional psychotherapy experience.
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation standards.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and a variety of treatment modalities.
• Ability to treat a general spectrum of mental health conditions and apply age‑and‑development‑appropriate interventions.
