Geode Health – Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Leander, TX)
Geode Health is a rapidly growing national provider of outpatient mental health services. Our mission is to transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable, and effective. We are seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver high‑quality care in the greater Leander market.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of mental health disorders through evidence‑based psychotherapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including goal setting and insight building.
- Conduct age‑appropriate assessments for children and adolescents and create developmentally tailored interventions.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records using the EMR system for all patient encounters.
- Collaborate with the integrated care team to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention when needed.
- Track outcomes through measurement‑based care to inform and refine treatment plans.
- Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Texas.
- Minimum one year of professional psychotherapy experience.
- Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation standards.
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and a variety of treatment modalities.
- Ability to treat a general spectrum of mental health conditions and apply age‑and‑development‑appropriate interventions.
