Compensation:
- $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications
Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Texas
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with Physical Therapists and clinic staff
- Commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care and high clinical standards
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who shares our values
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans that improve movement, strength, function, and quality of life
- Provide evidence‑based patient care using therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy techniques, and functional training
- Educate, encourage, and motivate patients throughout every stage of their rehabilitation
- Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment updates with supervising Physical Therapists
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Assist patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post‑surgical procedures, sports injuries, balance impairments, and mobility limitations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
- Contribute to a collaborative clinic culture focused on continuous improvement and exceptional patient outcomes
