Front End​/Sprouts Host

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service
• Manage guest check-ins using point of sale system
• Answer phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette with efficiency and courtesy
• Assist guests with questions about the facility, programs, or services offered
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and waiting areas
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction
• Assisting check-in with Birthday parties and other events such as homeschool and small groups
• Organize and communicate prayer requests from Strong Sprouts families with team lead

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest interactions and records
• Knowledge with biblical principles and ability to communicate Strong Sprouts mission and kingdom values to guests
