Lead and coach the operational activities of 3-4 McDonald's restaurants to meet Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.;
Work with General Managers to set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction.;
Manage the restaurants' P&L and drive long-term sales and profit.;
Hire and develop salaried managers, and conduct performance reviews for GMs every six months.;
Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support management teams.
