- Fabricate & Assemble: Use advanced machinery (Laminator, Laser, Zund digital cutter) to construct high‑quality signage, from flat panels to post & panel projects.
- Expert Installation: Perform on‑site installations of large‑format graphics and pressure‑sensitive vinyl.
- Collaborate: Work with the sales team to provide accurate labor estimates and project updates.
- Quality Control: Ensure every project meets our high standards by proofing work orders and troubleshooting equipment.
- Site Surveys: Conduct site visits to gather technical measurements for the design team.
- Hands‑on
Experience:
Proven skill with adhesive vinyl application and sign making. - Tool Savvy: Advanced knowledge of power tools and general construction methods (measuring, leveling, and cutting).
- Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and creatively overcome technical hurdles.
- Detail‑Oriented: Strong math and spelling skills with a commitment to “High Quality” output.
- Requirements: Valid Texas Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and stand/kneel for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity to apply vinyl graphics using repetitive hand motions.
- Comfort working in varying temperatures and outdoor weather conditions.
