CNC Setup​/Operator; Night Shifts

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Leander, TX. We have openings for both day and night shifts to support our production needs.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Night Shift: 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM

• Three years of professional machining experience is necessary.
• A minimum of three years working with CNC equipment is required.
• Candidates must possess fundamental to intermediate literacy and mathematical abilities.
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics is essential.
• You must be capable of maintaining high-quality output while meeting strict production timelines.
• Help ensure precision by demonstrating proficiency in utilizing measurement instruments like micrometers and calipers.

• Manage the setup, routine maintenance, and operation of 3, 4, and 5-axis milling and lathe machines.
• Independently run mills and lathes to manufacture both production and prototype components with limited oversight.
• Examine production orders to gather necessary part requirements and specifications.
• Take ownership of the independent configuration of all required tooling and fixtures.
• Conduct regular quality checks to help maintain strict adherence to tolerance standards for all produced parts.
• Demonstrate technical expertise in navigating and operating either DMG Mori or Haas control systems.
• Assist in modifying programs under guidance to rectify any dimensional discrepancies discovered during the setup phase.
