A modern small animal hospital in Leander, TX is seeking a passionate Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced 4-DVM team!
This full-service hospital is part of a small group of clinics across the Greater Austin area, giving you access to shared resources, leadership development, and mentorship opportunities while keeping the feel of a close-knit local team. The practice is Fear Free and Feline Friendly certified, with unhurried, 30-minute appointments that allow real time with clients and patients.
You’ll join a team of 4 doctors, supported by a 2:1 technician-to-veterinarian ratio, so you can focus on practicing medicine rather than administrative tasks.
This impressive, modern hospital is home to cutting-edge equipment and facilities such as ultrasound, digital radiology (including dental), a fully equipped surgical suite. Leadership is open to investing in additional technology and equipment as the practice grows.
Services span wellness care, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, digital radiography, and same-day urgent care, with specialist consultations available for ultrasound and advanced surgical cases.
The schedule is a consistent 4-day work week, with rotating Saturday mornings shared evenly across the team, so you can easily make plans and enjoy them outside of work.

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas

- Competitive Pro Sal compensation with a base salary up to $160K
