Limegreen Southeast Asian Grill is a fast-casual concept born in Austin in 2025. Rooted in the everyday flavors of Southeast Asia—bold sauces, grilled proteins, and fresh herbs layered over rice, noodles, and bánh mì. Built on efficiency and attention to detail, we're all about creating an experience that's warm and friendly, streamlined, and flavorful from start to finish. Our team thrives on pace, precision, and genuine hospitality.

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests by taking orders, making recommendations when appropriate, processing payments, and serving food or beverages to customers at the counter. Also perform other duties in food and final order preparation, including preparing beverages and arranging food items.

• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Limegreen Southeast Asian Grill.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Prepare bills for food and accept payment or make change.
• Cook or prepare food items according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications or following directions.
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes to keep equipment and facilities sanitary.
• Balance receipts and payments in cash registers.
• Wrap menu items such as sandwiches and hot entrées for serving, online orders, or takeout.
• Scrub and polish counters, steam tables, and other equipment, and clean glasses, dishes, and fountain equipment.
• Replenish foods at serving stations.
• Brew coffee and tea and fill containers with requested beverages.
• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.
• Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support restaurant operations.
• Fill in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

• Order items needed to replenish supplies.
• Set up dining areas for meals and clear them following meals.
• Deliver orders to kitchens, and pick up and serve food when it is ready.
• Add relishes and garnishes to food orders according to instructions.

• Commercial equipment including blenders, mixers, coffee grinders, coffee or iced tea makers, cutlery, food slicers, food warmers, grills, ovens, ranges, scales, and kitchen or food thermometers.
• Ice dispensers and ice-making machines.
• Cash registers, point-of-sale terminals, POS software, and workstations.
• Personal computers, tablets, smartphones, and/or handheld devices.
• Office suites, back-office accounting, route planning, and web-based applications.
• Credit card processing machines.

• Responsible, reliable, and communicative.
• A current, unexpired Texas Food Handler Certificate is required.
• Prior experience in restaurants or food service is required.

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused with a hospitality mindset.
• Reliable, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with a fast pace and able to stay organized during peak rushes.
• A strong communicator who can take direction and work as part of a tight-knit team.
• Genuinely interested in Southeast Asian food and the Limegreen brand experience.
• Punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

$14–$16 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more through tips.
