The Sales & Events Coordinator will lead event sales, manage private dining bookings, and ensure seamless execution of all events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys building client relationships, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage and coordinate all private dining and event bookings from inquiry to execution
• Create proposals, BEOs, and contracts using Tripleseat
• Promote events and build client relationships to drive sales
• Collaborate with culinary and management teams to ensure flawless event experiences
• Upsell packages and menu enhancements to maximize revenue
• Maintain accurate calendars, payments, and event details

• Experience with Tripleseat, Toast POS, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Adobe
• Strong sales experience—prospecting, follow-ups, and confidently closing bookings
• Excellent customer service, communication, and client-facing professionalism
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and polished in appearance
• Background in hospitality, restaurant events, or catering is preferred
