Spa Sales Associate

Shift Schedule

We are looking to fill the following shifts:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11:30-3, 4, or 5:30 (optional). Wednesday 8:30-4:30 (mandatory).

Hand and Stone is seeking a Sales Associate. You play a key role in ensuring that our customers’ experience in our spa is outstanding.

• Sell memberships
• Sell retail items
• Sell services and upgrades
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Welcome and greet clients upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, check out clients
• Follow proper filing procedures and maintenance
• Promote benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Display a driven, reliable, and energetic attitude
• Act as a team player
• Perform various other duties as assigned
• Learn and follow instructions on a daily basis
• Consistently meet work duties and schedule requirements
• Maintain excellent personal appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills
