Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Leander, TX. The Account Executive will engage prospective and existing clients, explain precious metals investment options, and guide them step-by-step through the buying and portfolio diversification process. Daily responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, conducting consultative sales calls, and preparing customized investment proposals aligned with client needs and risk profiles.
The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up to build long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and exceptional client service. Account Executives are expected to stay informed on market trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements to provide clear, accurate, and educational guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong consultative sales and client relationship skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing.
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities, with capacity to explain complex investment concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Basic financial literacy and interest in investments or wealth protection; experience with precious metals or alternative assets is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high ethical and compliance standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail and follow-through on client commitments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in inside sales, financial services, or investment advisory environments is highly beneficial.
