Prism Electric is a regional electrical contractor serving Texas and Oklahoma, with headquarters in Garland. Our team focuses on electrical construction for design-build projects across industrial, commercial, government, and institutional sectors.

• Ensuring a safe environment at all jobsites, keeping the site clean and organized, and wearing all PPE.
• Adhering to NEC requirements.
• Representing Prism Electric well by providing excellent customer service in client-facing situations.
• Troubleshooting and installation of lighting control systems and signs.
• Lighting installations and repair.
• Exterior sign repair.

• State of Texas Journeyman or Master license.
• Texas Driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable at heights up to 65 feet.

The job requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, and rain. Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses at all times), and respirator when required. Ability to work 8–10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with overtime as required and night shifts. Physical work is a primary part of the job (more than 70%), including crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, lifting heavy objects (>50 pounds), pushing and pulling.
