Grid Source is seeking an Aerial Foreman for our Leander, TX location to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom infrastructure. You will work with a team on pole installation, cable placement, and equipment setup, ensuring quality workmanship and timely project documentation.
This hourly non-exempt role reports to the Construction Manager. The position requires a valid driver’s license, strong teamwork, and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers.
