Set within the stunning grounds of the Beaverbrook Estate, The Garden House is our vibrant all-day dining restaurant, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner in a relaxed yet refined setting. We are seeking an exceptional Garden House Manager to lead the operation, inspire the team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

This is a senior Head of Department role within the Food & Beverage team, supervising all team members and working closely with the wider Food & ${'B' + 'e'}verage operation.
- Leading the daily Front of House operation across breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
- Creating memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations.
- Inspiring, developing and supporting a high-performing hospitality team.
- Managing labour costs, budgets, forecasting and departmental profitability.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, service delivery and presentation.
- Working closely with the Head Chef and Director of Food & Beverage to enhance the guest journey and drive commercial success.
- Developing innovative promotions, events and seasonal offerings to attract new guests and encourage repeat visits.
- Has a minimum of four years' experience within a luxury hotel, restaurant or five-star hospitality environment in a management role.
- Possesses strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
- Is a natural leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring and developing teams.
- Has excellent food and beverage knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of Health & Safety, HACCP, COSHH and food hygiene regulations.
- Is polished, professional and guest-focused, with outstanding communication skills.
- 45 hours per week
- The ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7
